CGF風(fēng)機(jī)適用于汽車裝備測試,可完全模擬實際風(fēng)速,對汽車、商用車等車輛進(jìn)行各類性能要求的測試。

It can fully simulate the actual wind speed and test various performance requirements of vehicles such as automobiles and commercial vehicles.二 . 性能優(yōu)勢 Performance Features1.耐腐蝕:風(fēng)機(jī)外表面采用特殊外表面處理,具有更好的耐腐蝕性。2.獨特可移動設(shè)計:風(fēng)機(jī)裝備帶鎖萬向輪,帶推拉扶手,可手動在地面上移動,靈活操作,使工作范圍更大;另加風(fēng)機(jī)固定鎖止機(jī)構(gòu),防止大風(fēng)量時風(fēng)機(jī)移動。3.獨特上下升降設(shè)計:配電動升降臺和固定支架,可根據(jù)工作環(huán)境調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)機(jī)出風(fēng)口的高度,升降平穩(wěn),出風(fēng)口據(jù)地最小距離100mm,最高距離800mm。1. The fan is directly driven. The conveying medium is dust-free air.1.進(jìn)風(fēng)導(dǎo)流罩 Inlet air guide hood減少進(jìn)氣渦流損失,使氣流能平穩(wěn)順暢地進(jìn)入葉輪。

葉片采用高強(qiáng)度鋁合金,經(jīng)過CFD模擬計算,葉型為機(jī)翼變厚扭曲葉型,具有良好的氣動性能,鋁合金葉片減小葉輪重量,增加軸承使用壽命。出廠前均完成嚴(yán)格葉輪動平衡G2.5。

4.電動升降臺和固定支架 Electric lifting table and fixed bracket風(fēng)機(jī)垂直升降采用電動控制,水平移動采用手動控制。
The fan moves up and down with electric control, and the left and right movement adopts manual control.
5.電機(jī) Electric machinery電機(jī)內(nèi)置智能控制模塊,配備高精度調(diào)速功能,具有轉(zhuǎn)速恒定、效率高、壽命長、低噪聲等優(yōu)點。

進(jìn)口集流器可采用不銹鋼或鍍鋅板制作,模具液壓成型,集流器弧度配合葉輪進(jìn)氣要求,有效減少了渦流噪聲、提高整機(jī)效率。
